The second annual Eucharistic Day took place on Sunday, Nov. 12. The 10:30am Mass at St. Rita was celebrated with as much solemnity as possible: all NDS deacons vested, the NDS schola was accompanied by brass and violinist instrumentalists, and ample incense was burned. At the conclusion of Mass, the entire congregation of well over a hundred seminarians and several hundred St. Rita parishioners processed along with the Blessed Sacrament down Walmsley Ave and even into S. Carrollton into the NDS chapel. Lunch followed the procession in the NDS dining room, and seminarians and parishioners adored the Blessed Sacrament throughout the afternoon, concluding with solemn vespers. Christus Vincit. Christus Regnat. Christus Imperat!
