Blessing of Saint Joseph Hall

Archbishop Aymond celebrated the annual Mass of the Holy Spirit to inaugurate the 93rd year of service to the Church as Notre Dame Seminary continues to prepare men for the priesthood as well as prepare lay faithful through the various degree programs for leadership in the Church. Following Mass, the seminary community processed to the main entrance of Saint Joseph Hall where the archbishop blessed the newly renovated building. We also saluted and recognized Paulette and Frank Stewart who provided significant resources for the renovation. The renovation now provides rooms for nearly 50 seminarians, priest resident suites, new classrooms, offices for faculty, and state-of-the art technology for learning, formation, and education. The community president, Blake Dubroc, presented Mr. and Mrs. Stewart and Archbishop Aymond with a statue of Saint Joseph thanking them for the leadership noting how Saint Joseph cared for the Holy Family, particularly during trying times. The archbishop and Father Wehner unveiled a plaque at the main entrance of the building honoring Paulette and Frank. The community remains ever grateful to the many friends and supporters that made possible the renovation of Saint Joseph Hall. Deus Providebit!
