Serran Club Hosts NDS for Dinner

Members of the New Orleans Serra Club hosted seminarians and priests for dinner on Wednesday, October 11. The seminary was treated to an assortment of fried seafood, coleslaw, potato salad, and a pastry for dessert. Midway through dinner, the Serrans’ own band, the New Orleans Banjos, played songs such as “When the Saints Go Marching In.” By the end of the concert, almost everyone was dancing. The Serrans then raffled off pillows and cash to seminarians and priests, and the night concluded with the seminary singing the Salve Regina. Thanks be to God for the ministry of the Serran Club in fostering and praying for vocations!
