Anyone who lives in Southern Louisiana knows that Crawfish Boil Season is a highlight for the Spring culture for families and friends. On Wednesday, April 24, the Serra Club hosted the seminarians for an annual crawfish boil during the Easter Week Octave to welcome seminarians back after the break and for them to offer again their support of seminary formation. The Serrans also raffled offer cash prizes and restaurant gift certificates. With Cajun music to accompany the dinner, the boil ushered into the Spring season for the NDS community.
