On Tuesday, September 27th, the New Orleans Chapter of Legatus hosted the seminary community for Mass and Dinner. The evening included Mass and a delicious Creole dinner at Rock’n’Bowl, which is owned by Legatus members, Deborah and John Blancher.
The relationship between Notre Dame Seminary and the New Orleans Chapter of Legatus involves the “prayer partner” program in which Legatus members are assigned seminarians to pray for and seminarian, in turn, for the Legatus members. We know that any Christian who seeks to be holy, to be a saint, will experience temptation and spiritual warfare. For men discerning a priestly vocation and Catholics who seek to run their business with Christian ethics will endure attacks from the evil one. Therefore, this relationship between the seminary and Legatus provides spiritual support. Thank you to all of the members of Legatus for your support of our mission at Notre Dame Seminary!
