On February 6, 2025, Notre Dame Seminary hosted our first annual “Sips with Seminarians” event, inviting the community to join the seminarians for a classy cocktail hour with a little healthy competition. The evening featured a cocktail competition between teams of priests and seminarians representing their respective classes. Each team got creative with their own themed drink and booth, where guests were invited to stop by and visit with our seminarians throughout the evening. The competition was close, but only two winners were chosen. The C2 seminarians’ gin based “Glory Bee” won the popular vote of the guests, but the judges opted for a different choice – “The Benedictine Option”- mixed by the C3 seminarians! These two winning drinks will be featured at our 2025 Gala and Auction on March 29th. We invite you to join us and try them for yourselves!
