Caroline Thriffiley Fortier is a proud alumna of Mount Carmel Academy, Class of 2012. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Louisiana State University in 2016. Following graduation, Caroline began her professional career in Baton Rouge as a Digital Marketing Coordinator.
In 2017, she returned to her hometown of New Orleans to join the staff of Notre Dame Seminary, where she initially served as the Director of Events & Communications. Her leadership and dedication to the seminary’s mission led to her promotion in 2021 as Director of Development, where she now oversees all fundraising initiatives and donor relations.
Caroline graduated in 2025 with a Master of Science in Nonprofit Administration from LSU Shreveport, which has further deepened her commitment to service and excellence in the nonprofit sector.
