Reverend Nile C. Gross, S.T.L.

Associate Academic Dean; Director of Master of Divinity Program; Director of Intellectual Formation; Director and Department Chair of Sacred Liturgy

Father Nile Gross is a native of New Orleans and was ordained for the archdiocese in 2009 after completing his studies at Notre Dame Seminary. After serving as the parochial vicar of Saint Clement of Rome Parish in Metairie, Louisiana, for two years, he was selected to study Liturgical Theology at Santa Croce University in Rome, from which he received his License in 2013. Upon his return to the Archdiocese of New Orleans, Father Nile was named Director of Liturgy at Notre Dame Seminary. He also serves as Associate Academic Dean, Director of the Master of Divinity Programs, Director of Intellectual Formation, and Professor of Liturgical and Sacramental Theology for both the seminarians and those enrolled in the M.A. program. He also serves as a Formation Advisor.
