Christmas Luncheon Committee
This committee helps plan and put on our annual Christmas Luncheon for Priests. We need volunteers of all skills and backgrounds to help in various ways for this event. The meetings for this committee are held once a month from August-November, usually at 10AM on weekdays.
Gala Committee
This committee helps plan and put on our annual Gala & Auction. We need volunteers of all skills and backgrounds to help in various ways for this event. The meetings for this committee are held in the evening after business hours, and we usually have one meeting in the fall, then meetings once a month from January-March.
Host Family for International Seminarians
We are in need of families to host our international seminarians. Host families would be responsible for praying for and helping our international students feel welcomed. This could include inviting them over for dinners, family holidays, and introducing them to your culture.
General Volunteer
We are in need of general volunteers to help on an as-needed basis. These volunteers are people who want to help the seminary, but maybe feel like they cannot commit to being on a committee at this time. You would help in various ways such as: making welcome bags for seminarians, assisting in our annual phone-a-thon, filing, helping with event setups, etc.
