MESSAGE FROM THE RECTOR
Greetings and best wishes from Notre Dame Seminary! The seminary community recognizes the difficult times our world, nation, and local communities are facing. As we face uncertainty about the coming months, we have made the decision to shift our annual Notre Dame Seminary Christmas Luncheon for Priests to a virtual event.
We plan to celebrate an in-person Mass at Immaculate Conception Jesuit Church on Friday, December 4th at 10:30 a.m. with limited seating. The Mass will be live-streamed for public viewing. Following the Mass, we invite you to gather with your friends and family as we kick off the Christmas Season! Table sponsors will receive an Event Gift Basket in the weeks leading up to the event that will include a gift card to a restaurant of your choice. You can arrange to enjoy a meal at the restaurant or from the comfort of your home with a small group of your friends and family.
As you know, the Christmas Luncheon for Priests serves as one of our main annual fundraisers each year providing a necessary portion of our financial needs, and we rely heavily on your support. Although we are unable to gather in person for the Christmas Luncheon, we invite you to support the mission of Notre Dame Seminary by participating as a table sponsor, individual ticket patron, underwriter, or general donation supporter. Your support is truly invaluable to Notre Dame Seminary, and I assure you that your contribution will make a significant impact on the seminarians’ formation experience.
Visit www.bidpal.net/NDSChristmas to learn more about how you can participate in our Christmas Luncheon and support your future priests. If you would like additional information regarding the Christmas Luncheon, please contact Caroline Thriffiley, Director of Events and Communications, by phone at (504) 866-7426, ext. 375, or by email at email@example.com.
We are also accepting donations of items for our Silent Auction. If you would like to donate an item, you can fill out the Donation Form and mail to Notre Dame Seminary, 2901 S Carrollton Ave, New Orleans, LA, 70118.

On behalf of the seminarians, faculty, and staff of Notre Dame Seminary, I thank you for your kind consideration and support.
Sincerely yours in the Lord,
Very Rev. James A. Wehner, Rector/President
